Her clinic is based in Woolhampton (8 miles West of Pangbourne and 8 miles East of Newbury).
Theresa holds the London School of Sports Massage Diploma and the Institute of Sports’ and Remedial Massage Diploma. She is a full member of the Sports’ Massage Association. – Membership of the SMA means that her massage therapy techniques meet Olympic Standard requirements. She has been working in clinical massage for six years.

Remedial Massage

She treats skeletal aches and pains, specialising in lower back, shoulder, neck and knee injuries. She uses deep tissue massage therapy, specialised stretch and holding techniques to release pain and re-align muscle tissue.
Her private clinic in Woolhampton also has a gym where she can teach clients remedial exercises and stretch techniques which can be carried out at home to continue the work started in the clinic.
The initial session will always take one hour which will include a detailed consultation. Subsequent sessions will be half or one hour depending on the treatment required.

Aromatherapy Massage

Theresa offers Aromatherapy Massage in the tranquil surroundings of the Berkshire countryside at her exclusive clinic and gym in Woolhampton.
This massage is a relaxing technique that is used to treat skin, circulatory, respiratory, stress, migraines, depression, insomnia and M E (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome). The oils are specially mixed for each client. This session lasts for one hour.

Visceral Massage & Manipulation

Theresa can offer Visceral Massage which includes specialist techniques to address digestive problems including constipation, diarrhoea, Irritable Bowel Syndrome and stress related stomach disorders.

These techniques encourage the visceral organs to relax and will include drainage of the gall bladder and gall bladder duct as well as work on the stomach, intestines and liver to improve overall function.

The initial one hour long appointment includes a consultation to establish the client’s current relevant medical history. Nutritional advice and lifestyle issues will be examined to help the client have a clear plan of the goals which need to be reached to improve digestive function.
