Theresa offers one-2-one personal training in her exclusive gym in Woolhampton

(8 miles West of Pangbourne and 8 miles East of Newbury).

She uses a wide range of equipment including:


• Stability Ball
• Bosu - half ball
• Weights 
• Strength Bars
• Bands
• Step
• Power Bag
• Kettle Bells
• TRX – suspension training


Theresa offers an all-round programme that targets core strength, cardio-vascular fitness and flexibility training.

Theresa holds the Premier Training Diploma in Personal Fitness, as well as the Physical Company Bosu Integrated Training Foundation Course.  She has been teaching Stability Ball exercises for over six years and regularly attends continuous learning programmes. Click here to see her testimonials.

Her exclusive gym ensures that the client can enjoy a personal training session with no other clients using the gym at the same time.

Every client is asked to fill in a fitness questionnaire and given flexibility and blood pressure tests before any programme is carefully considered.  This initial consultation is £50.
